Chad Aylestock

Chad grew up in a pastor’s home and accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior at the age of five. His early years were shaped by his father’s church-planting ministry, and it was at one of those churches where Chad met his wife, Courtney. They’ve been married for over 20 years and are the proud parents of three daughters.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Theology with a minor in Missions from Pensacola Christian College in 1999, Chad served as Music Pastor at Community Baptist Church and Westwood Baptist Church. In 2008, the economic recession led him back into secular employment, where he spent three years as a project manager before becoming General Manager of a large family-owned cemetery in Northern Virginia. He held that role for a decade until the company was sold, after which he joined Abeka as the Mid-Atlantic Sales Representative, serving nearly 300 schools across Northern Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.

Shortly after joining Abeka, Chad and his family became part of Battlefield Baptist Church where they began serving in the music ministry. In 2024, God began stirring Chad’s heart toward full-time ministry once again. He joined the pastoral staff at BBC in 2025 as Executive Pastor, bringing with him a deep love for the local church, a heart for worship, and a passion for Gospel-centered leadership.
